As the world enters an era dominated by data, automation, and intelligent technologies, Artificial Intelligence (AI) stands out as a key driver of economic, social, and institutional transformation. From healthcare to education, governance, finance, and justice, AI is disrupting traditional practices and redefining roles. Presentation Languages and Publications
Presentations may be given in Arabic, French, or English. At the end of the conference, a selection of articles reviewed by the scientific committee will be published in HIWARAT, Journal of Political and Social Studies. In addition, some manuscripts written in English may be submitted for publication in Scopus-indexed or ranked journals, subject to approval by the editorial boards of the respective journals.
Extended Papers
Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit an extended version for publication in indexed journals.
